At just 19 years old, while working for a landscape business, Chris noticed a gap in the market that could revolutionize the way plants were grown. This insight ignited his passion for creating efficiencies and led him to embark on an entrepreneurial journey that would change his life and impact countless others.

Leaving his stable job, Chris fearlessly pursued his vision and rented 5,000 square feet in an industrial park. There, he began laying the foundation for his first venture. With relentless dedication and a commitment to excellence, he transformed his small start-up into a thriving business. Within a remarkably short span of five years, Chris had turned his 5,000 sq foot rental into ownership of that same 750,000 square feet industrial park but also successfully sold his first business for an astounding $58 million.

Unfazed by his early accomplishments, Chris continued to expand his portfolio of ventures, displaying a remarkable ability to identify promising opportunities across various industries. Currently, he is the proud owner of several manufacturing companies, a pioneering plastics firm, a leading tiny home manufacturer, and a thriving marketing company, among others.

Throughout his entrepreneurial journey, Chris has remained passionate about giving back and supporting others who aspire to follow their own entrepreneurial dreams. He has invested in and mentored hundreds of budding entrepreneurs, sharing his insights and experiences to help them build wealth and achieve success.

Paul Biegel, CFO – The Numbers Guy

Paul brings a rare combination of deep financial knowledge, technological savvy, and a passion for systems that work. As Chief Financial Officer of CM Capital Management, Paul oversees all financial operations with a steady hand and a strategic mind—balancing the big picture with meticulous attention to detail.

Paul began his career in public accounting, where he developed a strong foundation in tax preparation, audit, and compliance—especially in the real estate space. He later transitioned into the world of business information systems, helping companies integrate ERP software that bridged the gap between finance and operations. From building better spreadsheets to leading a company through an acquisition by a public firm, Paul’s career is marked by his ability to simplify the complex and bring structure to chaos.

He is a Certified Public Accountant who speaks both GAAP and “real world.” Whether he’s solving a nuanced tax challenge or redesigning internal workflows for greater efficiency, Paul approaches every task with precision, patience, and a desire to help people make better financial decisions.

Outside the office, Paul finds joy in the simple pleasures of life: weekend farmers markets, cooking meals from scratch, and spending time with family. He’s also been known to barter a tomato or two—thanks to a long-standing side gig as a seasonal vendor at Smits Farms, where his appreciation for good food and good company comes full circle.

Jamie Grant, Accounting Specialist

Jamie brings a sharp analytical mind and a global perspective to the CM Capital Management team. With a background in physics and a natural curiosity for how systems work, he excels at breaking down complex problems and building efficient, accurate financial processes. His love for solving puzzles makes him a skilled troubleshooter—often able to trace issues to their source with only a few breadcrumbs.

Before joining CM Capital Management, Jamie spent more than three years living abroad in Germany and Japan, an experience that strengthened both his adaptability and his appreciation for different perspectives. That time overseas, combined with his technical mindset, gives him a unique lens for understanding how people, processes, and numbers all work together.

Jamie is passionate about helping the team stay organized, informed, and ready for what’s next—and he brings a calm, thoughtful presence to every task he tackles.

Modesto Gasca, Accounting Specialist

Modesto brings a strong work ethic, a love for numbers, and a passion for helping others to his role at CM Capital Management. With a background that spans restaurant management, bookkeeping for his family’s landscaping business, and work at a local accounting firm, he’s gained hands-on experience in both finance and operations.

A proud graduate of Robert Morris University, Modesto holds a B.S. in Accounting and an M.B.A. in Management. He was honored with a Distinguished Alumni Award for his leadership and contributions to student life—including establishing a scholarship to support future graduates.
